Default awd tahoe???'s

ok my new tahoe has a weird awd set up. there is no 2wd option on the buttons. it has the stabiltrack button on top then below that it has a little picture of 4 wheels all atatched and the front ones are turneed and then it has 4lo below that. so it this like awd in the SSS but with a 4lo option or what? i thought atuo track had a 2wd option so i don't think that is it. not sure though.

post a picture of it. I'm pretty sure if you've truly got auto track and 4lo you should have 2wd too.

its not really full time 4 wheel drive. i only kicks in when you need it. if it were in 4 wheel drive all the time it would be difficult to make sharp turns.

ok how does it work then. what "kicks in" its the same transfer case as the h2's i do know that. its the same rpo code. and today i got the front tire to break loose even though the back ones weren't. so if it has to wait for the back wheels to loose traction why did the front one turn over and not the back? just trying to figure this out is all. my real question is strength, how strong is it? its in the h2's so its gotta have something going on or they would all just get the new venture, right?
