Ya Quik has solid mounts on his truck, granted his truck is VERY slow he still seemed happy wit them when it ran

Check out these photos I stumbled accross... Home brewed Torque Strap, this was in a 1990 Chevy Truck...

I'm honestly glad he's gone LOL... a good tq strap or more rigid will put plenty more to the ground. that setup with the bushings and turnbuckle seems like it would be easy to try out and still not make it ride/idle like a pogo stick.
