I posted this in the suspension section because I'm concerned about angles and potential drop. I have and ext cab SB and what I want to do is yank the bed, torch the frame to lengthen it and put on an 8 ft bed. Originally I wanted to drop the truck by yanking the blocks outa the rear, but now that I think about the additional wheelbase am I bes not to yank the blocks just yet. Who else has done this? Reason I ask is that I wonder that the springs may be on the soft wide for something like this, any spring recommendations...........
