Another 4L60Exploder....
Well, this happened to me while driving home from work late Sunday night/early Monday morning at 2am.
Any or all suggestions welcome on what I am gonna do next.

Since it is my DD, more than likely I will go with a rebuild.
Minor upgrades.....servo, shift kit, beast sunshell......
I'm open to any or all advice as I just have a hard time rolling around in the crossover suv.
