Question Air Testing 4l80 Clutch Assemblies?

Can anyone give me a procedure to air test the various assemblies as I assemble my trans? The ATSG manual is not specific on any of these tests, just says to do it. What pressure? Should I hear any leaking?

I just tested the direct clutch assy with 40psi and only get ~.050" travel initially then falls back down all the while there is air leaking all over the center support assembly. I am guessing there is a blown seal in the center support rather than the direct clutch assy?
