Default accidently put in the wrong gear lube :(

I just changed out the fluids in the rear so my grenade-80 can stop talked smack to me. I thought i bought 2 quarts of 80-90 but upon pouring ALL of the first bottle in it was 85-140 but the other was 80-90 Would the 85-140 hurt or should i still change it out? I'm glad i caught it now before i put in my posi lube. Not that it matters but it was Valvoline Durablend.

Change it out, the extra thickness may create issues with the already sensitive Grenade 80. BTW, the G-80 doesn't use posi lube, just synthetic 75-90.

Mine doesn't
Gotta undo the cover.

That's really stupid to. How can they possibly NOT get a plug hole put in. that's just dumb. Do they get behind quota and just skip that step?

Nothing has drian plugs but the motor. err the trans and rear end dont. At least it eliminates a spot to leak.

Yea. some of them do. That's what confuses me. Just seems like they got behind and skipped that part.

You can even see where the hole should be on the ones that dont

They didn't skip it. They cut it out to cut costs.
