let me first ask how tall of a tire do you want to run. can you run a 28 inch tall tire or 26??

what size wheel are you running?

one of my customers are running these tires on 17x9 rallys for his trailblazer ss. he has a yank 3200 stall and a 150 shot and hooks hard off the line. no spin.

18" rims. I will need ATLEAST a 28" tire. The tires I have right now are about 31" tall but I will be installing a 3-4" drop in the front so 28" tires owuld look decent with drop. I really want my tires to be about an inch bellow the fender not tucked. I need to go do some measuring on the truck when I get in from work later today to make a final decision on exactly what tire size I need.

The Nitto 305/45/18's are like 28.78" tall, and will be your best bet by far for 18" wheels right now.

the tbss I did ran a 11.4@121 in saturday 1.501 60 foot on 275 40 17 mt drs. last wek 11.7@118 with a 125 shot that was hit after the 60 foot mark. he babied the truck off the line all motor ran a 1.8 60 foot. this time 150 shot right off the bat. The mikey thompson drs are sweet and with 275 40 17s its perfect for 1/4 mile because with stock 4.10 gears and that tire size your right at redline going threw the traps

oh on 150 shot was 11.4 at 121 with a 1.501 60 foot time in the trailblazer ss. this was with 275 40 17 mickey thompson drag radials and he hit the 150 shot off the line.

I may be trying out either one of those tires. I have the Nittos 275-50-17's and look good but I have serious traction problems on the street. Can't hook worth a damn below 30-35mph.

Those are the tires that Brian (theBreeze) runs. He has run 12.30 with something like a 1.7 60' time. Those are a little short for a 4x4 truck tho in my opinion.
