Default 9.5 inch 14 bolt bearing

so i finally ordered my detroit and its on the way tomorrow! I'm going to do 4.56s and some other stuff in a couple months but for now we are just throwing in the diff so i have it for track coming up.

what carrier bearings do i need? i can't find it and i find some but then not sure if correct ones. and whats with these rear ends having adjusters on one side and shims on the other?

No problem! And yeah, the 14 bolts do have an adjuster on one side, with shims on the other.

Yup, can't beat Ron's. Gotta a 14 bolt stuffed with everything from Ron's sitting on the floor of my garage waiting for me to get a driveshaft built!

That sure is pretty Bill!!!

Just a side Note on the 14 bolt 9.5

I believe the differential carrier bearings are the same through out the years but the outer axle bearings and axles seals are different deppending on your application. The pinion seal also changed. so make sure you get the correct kit for your application.

Also you can get new C-clips through the dealer for around 3-4 dollars each.
