I have a 2017 2 wheel drive L86 Silverado. The 8L90E does not feel like it is shifting as fast as I would expect it to. I am just under 19K miles on the odometer. I am not going to bother with bringing it to the dealership.
My question is. Who sells a 8L90E transmission and torque converter that will hold up weekend drag racing.
I have already installed a Whipple supercharger, headers with cat delete wye pipe. I also run Mickey Thompson drag radials 275/40R20
Before the new transmission and torque converter is installed. I will replace the driveshaft. Any information on a replacement driveshaft would also be greatly appreciate.
