Ok, I found someone selling a lower mileage 4l80E. He wants to sell it because he needed a nonelectronic 80, but we cant seem to find anything solid on it?
From what ive researched I think the 91-96 models were non-electronic, correct?
If he wanted a non-electronic, what year models would he want to look for?
And for my truck(04 silverado), what years would be easiest to put into my truck?
Thanks guys, I am having hell finding info.. Even wikipedia has nothing relevant to it.

There are 91-96 electric models. I don't know anything about the non-electric onces though.
For your truck, you want a 4L80E, so the PCM commands the shifts just like your 4L60E.
