if your going that big and want peace of mind run the new fab 9 inch they have for our trucks.

but back on subject u can send it in i see no reason why they can't make a 8 lug a 5 lug

I did it myself. Made a jig for the axles and hubs. Took a weekend and went 5X4.75. I went with screw in studs and welded them also..
