Default 6L80 is Screaming at me

2010 Silverado Crew, Z71 4x4, 111k miles
Cruising 40 mph and start up a slow hill, you have to ease into the gas to stay up to speed, the load tends to make the transmission scream. It is a deepish tone and loud. If I let off the gas it'll immediately stop. It really only happens between 40mph-55mph. Seems to be in 4th or 5th gear (It's hard to tell sometimes). If I give it more gas it'll scream louder, then upshift and stop. It does seem to slip a little, but not as much as I'd expect if this is a clutch type of problem.
Anyone had this problem, or could give some insight?

sounds like clutches are shot and pump might be on it's way out.
