Default 5x5 to 5x4.75 bolt pattern swap

This is for a 92 c1500. I know the back will be cake. Just get the axle and re drill the drums. But for the front I think it will be a bit more of a pain. isn't the rotors a hub in rotor design? After looking at some pictures the original 5x5 bolt pattern is pretty close to the center bearing. redrilling them would bring the studs closer in and I don't see where there is room. And on top of that there is ribs on the back of the hub. If anyone has done this on this body style please let me know what you did.
