Default 5 speed help.

Good evening everyone, I am new to the forum and need a little help. I am currently building my 2006 silverado 1500 4x4, I fabricated a forward mount turbo system that's intercooled just to see if I could, and it works pretty well. I plan to upgrade my turbo, external waste gate and cam it with a tick performance cam, then hit a dyno tune. Rear end has been upgraded to a Detroit tru trac, and a spec stage 3 clutch put in. My goal is 550-600hp in that 4.8l but I have some concerns about the 5 speed transmission and what it can take. I know it needs a rebuild but will that be enough? Are there any options that keep it 4x4 and are not an auto swap? Thanks.
