Default 5 speed guys. Got a question...

I know we are few and far between... but I have a question.

Does anyone else shift without the clutch? I tried it tonight and ran the truck up to 3k in second, pulled out of gear and the rpms didnt drop... pushed in the clutch and wham, dropped to idle on me. So i put it in third, run up to 3k...same thing. Turn onto my road, then going in second, i get to 2k, pull out to go to third and slides right in... (this sounds dirty...)

Anyone else have this issue, or is it just me? Possibly the lovely electronic throttle pedal giving me issues?

Uhm, why would you shift without the clutch? That's what it's there for. You're just begging for trouble. I ALWAYS use my clutch.

my dad started me on it. said if the clutch goes out and you don't know where you are (blah blah blah) then you better know how to do it.
I did it with my old ranger, tiburon, and countless other cars without any issues.

Plus if I do break it, I can swap in an auto to eliminate that driver error mod.
