Dealer or hardware store, some of the transmission parts suppliers may have them rather inexpensively... Could possibly even wait til you do the swap and pull one of em out of the 4l60, not sure if threads are same though!!

Thanks you two.

I'll grab a handful at homedepot.

How many ft-lbs should those be torqued? I'm seeing 8ftlbs for the accumulator bolts and assume similar for the solenoid brackets.

Saving tuning files for when I get home.

Here is a stock PCM for a 2002 Avalanche 8.1 liter that supposedly has a 4l80/5e tran and probably the same OS as my truck. I just don't have my stock file here at work.

Also attached is a 2002 Sierra 6.0 which I think is a HD truck so has the 4l80e. The OS is one version older than what I think I have. Still good to hold on to.

FYI, to do a HPT segment swap you need matching OSs.

Damn, racked up a ton of miles building so slow!

Also this nexus 6 phone unlocked from Amazon for $350 has an amazing camera. I'm on Google wireless and pay $30/mo. Be jealous of me

I'm not sure if I need to be concerned. Going through build pics I noted some flashing at the top and bottom of the teeth of the overdrive planetary gears. The teeth all look good. Perhaps this is a manufacturing artifact or maybe because of high miles?

Uhhhggg I'm getting tired of spending money.

Tell me some good news Jake/Wolf/Atomic.....

Look closely, left hand teeth show up in pic best. Oh, play is in spec and no rocking.
