Default 4L80E 2wd to 4wd

I recently got an awesome deal on a 6.0 with a 4L80E with 68k on it for $1150 but my Yukon is 4wd. I will be tearing everything down, engine and trans, and from what I understand if I want to make the 4L80E work in my truck, I will need to change out the output shaft on the trans, I believe the input shaft in the transfer case, along with a 4L80E to Transfer case adapter, and New drive shafts for the front and back. If I left anything out, or I'm incorrect on anything please let me know. Also I really have no idea where I should start looking for this stuff I need. Also I would like to know the best rebuild kit for a 4L80E I can get my hands on.
Thanks in advance for you guy's help!

Sounds about right. You also need to section and lengthen your trans crossmember, lengthened trans fluid lines, new dipstick tube, new flexplate and spacer for the engine, new harness for the second VSS, and either change the wiring on the big round connector or buy the adapter. This has been covered many times. Check out this thread

Did you happen to find a 4WD output shaft? I'm in the market for a 2wd 4L80E output shaft...
Thanks
Tom
