that is what i need to know i am buying efi live v2 .
but i don't want to buy a 4l80e rebuild it and it not be able to work with my computer.
from all that i read you have to have a program with the same os number and i don't know what my os is or if there is one with the bigger trucks.
i guess i should be asking if the bigger trucks that come with a 4l80e uses the e67 tcm 42 modules

that would would work great if i was running a carb motor not sure how it would work with the ecu that is running the car now.
i might just have to wait to i get my efi live and find out what os it is running

could always go manual valve body. would be fun! hopefully you can get this figured out, im sure there is a way to do it

i got some info from efilive.
1 some of the trucks use a 4l80e with my operating system with another ecm so i can try to do a segment swap to see if that will work.
if that dose not i can rewire it and run it with the 4l60e program . they were not sure 100 percent sure if it would work but i am going to try it. latter on when i get everything ready and will post what i had to do to make it work. so everyone will know.

i know some guys had to get a tune or program out of a van.. that came 4.8/80e
