Default 4l80 swap Yoke and u joint

Was wondering if anyone knew which yoke and u joint to get for the swap on an 05 rcsb. After searching I believe I need the th400 long yoke and remove 5/8in, but not sure on which ujoint set up.

Will this work?

GM Turbo 400 Transmission Slip Yoke 4L80E TH 400 1350 U Joint | eBay

Not sure if that uses the correct u joint.

Thanks!

There are FIVE different types of 4L80 output shafts. You need to determine what type of output shaft you have before buying a slip yoke.

Oh, did not know that. I pick up my tranny from the builder on Monday. Its a 2000+ core so it has the top bolt (not that it really matter).

Do I just figure out what year it is to determine the slip yoke?

Just trying to get everything lined up so the swap is as quick as possible.
Thanks!

Yeah its a basterd u joint. Fits a 4l80e yoke ands stock shaft. U should be fine with a ebay yoke. Alot of us get the longer one and cut it down to what length u need.

I think it is. Its greasable and looks heavy duty. Runs about the same price as a 3r from dennys driveshaft.
