Default 4l80 swap engine locked up?????

ok so i did my 4l80e swap used the pcm of nc harness and a cricle d thriple disk billet 3500 stall drove it down the block shift fine thru all gears went around 3 times and all gears went in with not problem but on the 3rd time after shifting thru all gear my engine turned off was going around 60mph i let it coast till i can to a stop put it in park and cranked it all i can hear is a (clunk) from the starter i end up changing the starter and new battery thinking that may have been the problem and the same (clunk) at the starter i can turn the motor about 1/4 of a turn then it stops clockwise and counterclockwise
oil fine no metal or burnt oil didnt make any bad noises when it turned off or anything engine was running fine before no knocking or anything im lost can it be a locked up siezed converter? or tranny? cant understand how the motor would just lock up out of no where plus the motor had been rebuilt and have over 20k miles on it already with no issues

anybody has had this happen to them ? any help is greatly appreciated
btw truck is a 2007 nnbs gmt900 sierra 5.3 cammed and all supporing mods

You could unbolt the converter and remove the plugs then turn the engine over to rule out a locked up engine.

i havent pull the plugs yet i can only turn it so far to even try to losen the converter bolts i can only get to one of them then it wont turn anymore but even with the plugs in its just way too hard to even try to make it turn like way too much force

Cut open the oil filter and see if there are metal particles in it. If its a seized engine there will be a mound of bearing material. Also remove the drain plug for an instant to see if oil or coolant comes out. If its coolant then it sounds hydrolocked and you have a cracked head or really bad head gasket. Unlikely but worth a shot. Pull the plugs one way or another when you get a chance.

Can you remove the lower inspection cover on the trans and use XL wrenches to sneak the converter bolts out

I wonder how screwed your thrust bearing in the engine is after that....still recommend pulling and cutting open the oil filter.
