Default 4l80 output shaft help

What output shaft do I need?

Originally I though it was just a slip yoke but now I'm wondering because it looks like there is a bolt hole on the end of the output shaft

You can see the output shaft on the right. Long splines with no Oring

Then you can see the bolt hole here

I have no idea what year or model this came out of

A slip yoke will work just fine with that shaft.

Thanks

And the typical 6-7" th400 slip yoke will work right?

If I can only get the one that's like 3.5-4" long will be OK?

Either one will work fine, but obviously the more spline to spline surface area you have the stronger it will be. The key is to make sure the over all drive shaft length is correct.
