Default 4L80 which line of trans is the input to trans

04 Chevy express 3500 I don't see a OEM transcooler.
I’m planning a 26K hayden trans cooler link below. mounted in/out fittings aimed to left.

Prefer to bypass the radiator. My ? is which line of trans is the input to trans?

I want the top fitting to feed back to the trans input, (per instructions).

If I decide to mount w/ fitting upward then I assume there isn’t a in or out?thanks for advice

The cooler is not directional in terms of flow.

The front fitting or bellhousing side is the output.
