Default 4L65E TC not locking in?

I have a 4L65E with vette and billet servos behind my cam/heads lq4, and it has been faithful to me until now. The torque coverter wont lock in going down the highway. Ive double checked the settings for it in the tune and all looks fine...i recently switched to a shorter/wider tire, but I corrected the tire size in the tune. It should lock in at the tps % I hit while cruising at 60mph. I can manually lock it in with the vcm controls in my hptuners if I turn the tcc and pwm solenoids on. There are no misfire codes either. Any ideas on why the pcm isnt locking it in?

I battled this a bit and found a couple things that can keep it from locking. Disable/desensitize your misfire tables, and verify your tire height is correct by checking speed with GPS and use the calculator built into HPtuners to get it precise. Mine is dead nuts engaged at 43 mph every time now unless Im in the go pedal.

My speedo is dead nuts accurate as confirmed by a tomtom and a garmin gps. Maybe it has to do with the cam and misfires, idk?!?

I had to max out my idle misfire tables to get my tcc to lock.

I just set the enable temp under the misfire tab to 250* just to see real quick and sure enough, the converter locks in now! So what tables should I mess with and how do I go about "de-sensitizing" them to fix it right?

Just max out the two idle misfire tables. Moving and non moving. It should lock like it should after that.
