Got that ^^^^^^^ slip yoke installed with the solid spicer u-joint that are the same size as the stock ones so no conversion joint was needed. Got it balanced also. The driveshaft fits just fine but in a perfect world it would need to be shortened like .375. If you did shorten it that much it would be perfect.

So with a stock driveshaft in my 2002 4l60 rcsb and this yoke will work fine without shortening the shaft even though the 80e is longer? Or is just the mount location further back on the 80 e since you have to extend the crossmember back?

I got that yoke put on my stock DS and it works fine. My truck is a 04 so I don't know if yours is different. But like I said if you shorten the stocker like .375 witch is 3/8ths of a inch it would be perfect.

Yes the 7" yoke, you will have to shorten it a little bit but the other one is to short (thats what i gathered from my research) everyone says get the longer one and shorten if needed...thats what i did, so far so good, also that yoke uses the rear u-joint to adapt to the shaft.

Im alost ready to take my 4l60e out. This would be the last party that I would need to complete my 4l80e swap on my ext. Cab silverado. I know that I have a 2 piece driveshaft, but will this be the right yoke?. Thanks.
