Default 4" drop in rear only level it ?

Going to look at a 2003 gmc sierra 2wd in a couple of days. The guy said he dropped the rear 4 inches with shackles and hangers to level the truck with the front. He has 285/50/20s. My question is- Is the 4 inches in the rear going to make the back of the truck lower than the front?

my friend had shackles and hangers in the back with 1" drop coil, and it sat level. the back of these is about 3" taller.
