wow that post of mine is old news!....so far mines a 6.0 lq4 running n/a cammed with pacesetters for now til i get all my turbo part together.Ive been runnin on the nv3500 for 3 years. I use the 4wd in the winter otherwise id have a t56........ swapped in the 6.0 last summer im only on my 2nd nv3500.
theyr strong at first but not strong enough.

super-old bump, but i just figured i'd chime with my bolt-on 5.3 nv3500 4x4. running 33s with a TrueTrac, 4.30s, and a Hurst shifter. bought it in Nov '06 & still going strong with almost 213k on the clock.
