Default 3500 too big

hey guys im in the process of rebuilding my trans and the guy that is doing it wants me to buy a P.I.and i found one for $400 but its a 3500 stall and im thinking its to much.I tow a little, like two snowmobiles with the trailer which is 2000lbs. I will also pull in a truck pull or two in the summer but i think the stall would help me there.who has a 3500 stall in a 4x4 and do you like it or is it too much.

I have a TCI 3500 2.5 In my 2wd RCSB. It's great for driving around. But towing with it, I would not. I already have to have Two large coolers to keep it cool for DD, towing would be insane IMO.
