My stocker Tires are just over 29" and the rear tucks as well. I'm with you, it looks more like a 3/4. The gap's too big between the tire and fender. Just my observation from the photo, and i could be wrong.

Trucks looks real good with those rims

Agreed, those wheels and tires wouldn't even fit under my 4/6.

If the offset is right you can tuck a 10 inch and run up to a 30.5 My 275/30/24s are really close to the top of the inner fender. Like so close that you can barely fit your hand between the tire and the inner fender. That is why I bought my wife a bigger truck. I made about a 30 mile commute the other day and it sucked. My truck is back and forth everyday on roads I know very well so bottoming out is a rarity. If everything works out like I want I won't be driving it much and hopefully can finish some loose ends on it. Right now it is a CC lowered 4-6 with 24s and bucket seats front and rear. Need to finish it.....life is rough haha
