Default 2001 Silverado RCSB Stepside 14 bolt question

I got a 14 bolt 9.5 6 lug along with the VAS rear flip kit, C notch, and smooth bore DA Viking shocks with the relocation that stands them vertical behind the housing. Spindles with double adjustable coilovers overs in the front, the plan is 28" tall front and 29"-29.5" rear Once mounted a the suspension is fabricated how much can the rear end be narrowed and how wide of a wheel can I run on the back with how much dish? I love the stepside trucks with a deep rear wheel. So I'd like to run as wide of a 15" rear with a nice deep lip and a visible pair of calipers and a 17x7 front with as large of brake caliper as possible. I'm not sure if it's the leaf springs or frame that contacts first but please share.
