2001 sierra 5/7 drop alignment issue's???

Need some advice guys and gals im building a 2001 gmc sierra rcsb im lowered 5/7 and took it to get aligned today and the guy only would set it up with the wheels tipped in at the top said due to liability of hitting the fenders if it was in spec heres my question i have 22x9 +30 texas editon oe rep wheels with 265 35 22 tires... I dont want it like this guys will it hit if alignment is perfect and if so what do i need to do to correct it ive only drove it a couple times so far and not rubbing nothing and its lowered with 3 inch drop springs and 2 inch spindles mcgaughys just really need some help thanks in advance and ive found a ton of info here and glad to now be a member!!!!!

I can see how the wheel/tire may rub.

my truck is dropped about 5" in the front im running a 255/45/20 its 29.1" tall your tires are 29.3" tall and 0.7" wider then mine
i rub just a little on a really bad bump mostly at higher speeds on the highway, the way the inner fender curves down and meets the fender lip you being almost 3/4" wider and 30mm offset im pretty sure you will rub more then mine
my truck is about -1 degree negative camber right now but my alignment cams are maxed out
at this point either swap wheels or start cutting (mini tube) not sure with out seeing it but really probably your only options if you want to stay at 5" drop
