Real feedback needs. I found transmission that running on truck. Went and rode it. Good run no slippage or anything. Guy asking for $650. It's almost 180,000 miles on it. Do you think that year model will fit on my 06 5.3?

It'll fit no prob. But that's too much money for that many miles.

It will fit, the price is high but at the same time cores bring a premium so to each his own. With those miles I would at least freshen it up prior to install.

How much cost to rebuilt. I found one from craiglist it's rebuilt transmission but guy ask for $800 firm. I asked him if they have paperwork proof. But he says he master mechanic for transmission built over 28 years. Hard to decide. I am ready buy with cash now! Cause I'm going boost that's why.

If YOU feel good about the deal then go for it, OR you can wait and keep checking craigs list. I found an 04 4x4 with trans case still attached for $400. miles were unknown but still running strong as of today. conyers out I-20 is where that one was..
