Thumbs up 1994 chevy silverado z71 4l60 trans leaking at the

1994 Z71 4x4....with a 4L60 solid piece transmission (the bell housing is molded into the main tranny body...no bolts holding the bell housing to the tranny)..... with a NP241C transfer assembly....it is slinging tranny fluid all over when running down the road.......it appears to be coming from the spacer between the output shaft of the 4l60 transmission and the transfer case..... has anyone ever experienced this.. and what would you suggest to do to fix it?

Check for cracks in the spacer. If no cracks & bolts or tight replace the gaskets.

Question thanx

thanx gonna pull the transfer case.. was just wondering if theres any tricks i need to know before i pull it. have been googling and reading but haven't found anything addressing this issue... it was rebuilt about 80,000 miles ago...and its running excellent...just leaks trans fluid alot ..the transfer case fluid is ok and not leaking at all...i have to add fluid to the trans alot...never had to add any fluid to the transfer case.... im gonna pull the transfer case and change the gasket and i assume the o-ring .. i think there is one on each end of the spacer/adapter .....there is 6 bolts on the transfer case side of the adapter and 4 bolts on the trans side of the adapter....is there a seal on the output shaft of the transmission i can change without pulling the trans out of the truck?
