My goal is to stop dicking around with the 4.8 and get serious with some real boost , all while keeping it reliable. Gotta drive it everyday.

 

10's at only 14psi? In that heavy *** pig? Awesome! You'll need to get some serious saftey devices too. I'd love to see a 10sec EC in AZ, you'd scare the **** out of all the "12 sec" and "13 sec" cars around here.

Drop 4 and 1/2 tenths in the 1/4 with the stock LQ4, hit low 1.5's with the stock torque converter....
Later this year, Vic intake sitting on a few more liters, with a big hair drier....

LOL - I figure if Dusty is running 11.4's with a 6.0 at 14 psi I should be able to hit 10's with the same psi on the 408 with a little bit of weight reduction. I might have to find someone to borrow some smaller tires from too....but damn it, I'm gonna do it!!!

And if I can't do it with just the turbo I'll probably have to spray a little to get me there
