Default 3.73 vs 3.90

So I have 4.56 gears and I do a lot of highway driving and it sucks having to have the rpm screaming down the highway. Poor truck. I wanted to swap to either a 3.73 or 3.90. Which would be the best for daily driving and still have a good kick? I have 30 in tires for daily driving and 26 inch for drag racing. I do some street racing aswell with the 30 inch tires. Thanks in advance guys.

So there's not much of a difference?

I've had both. Prefer 3.9 even with a 29" tire, still good on the highway.
