So I was wondering if the is a 8AN stainless bulkhead fitting around? A regular bulkhead fitting with the nut on the back side wont work because there is just not enough room for a nut. I believe the fuel hat on the nnbs trucks are stainless so if I could just find a stainless bulkhead fitting I could just weld it to the hat and not worry about fitting a nut on the backside. Thanks!

Well the shop that did this for me did a sh!3tastic job ( thats why I am pulling it all back apart ) and they drilled the hole literally right to the edge of the hat. There is no way a nut will fit on the bottom. I know this sounds tacky but I was thinking about just JB welding an aluminum bulkhead fitting in there just so i don't have to use a nut on the bottom. I'm just not sure how the JB weld would hold up to gas and ethanol, but as long as it holds and seals I'm cool with it. Not like anyone is every going to see it.
