Default walbro 450 install nnbs with pics

Not sure if yall seen my other post about me having issues with my fuel pump well i took the bed off and pulled the fuel pump. What is yalls take on the install? It was done by a shop in Houston maybe a yr ago. Would yall have done anything different?

So this is a returnless fuel system right? Do you have a fuel pressure gauge? What's idle pressure?

Its converted to return style via fuel regulator. Idle pressure is about 65-70

Isn't the regulator in the tank? That idle pressure is way high. What issues were you having.

And let me guess, as soon as you give it throttle the pressure drops to 58-60

i have an aftermarket external regulator. No the pump has been fine since i had it installed but up until about a week ago somethimes it doesnt wanna build pressure to start, after i cycle the key a few times it starts right up

Walboros work they just bleed off pressure over time

Ive gotten so used to cycle key its like 2nd nature

I heard some people complain about it but have never seen it on any of my own or others I've done.
