As im building my turbo kit and needing to upgrade my fuel system looking for part # for intake walboro 255. I also will be needing another fuel bucket for 99-02

In the drop down menu choose the walbro 255lph.

 

The bucket is too small to allow a 255 to be dropped in without modification. You can either do a 255 inline or buy the whole drop in module. That is what I did and it has been working great.

What kind of power are you looking to make? You might quickly find that a 255 is too small.

I dont think I will get over 400 at the wheels just soemthing more fun to go with the tr220 I picked up. This will be a rear mount turbo setup with 36lb injectors as well

Now with inline pump where has everybody been putting them seems simple. Do I need to do anything with stock pump or leave it in place.

 

Just install the one I posted earlier. Run it in my stock bucket. Worked fine. I even cut the bottom out to let the filter set on bottom of fuel tank. Been workin great so far.

 

I installed a Walbro 450 in my stock 2000 fuel module assembly last week. It's a direct replacement for stock aside from roughly 5-10 minutes with a dremel to open up the hole at the bottom for the sock attachment and getting rid of the ridges at the base so the pump can sit flush with the base.

 

Thats what I thought I knew I seen someone do this before. I dont think I would need a 450 for what im planning but I will keep it in mind what was the part number. So what would be the right pump out of all this that would work inside the tank?
