Returnless fuel sytem on return style fuel system
#1
i have a 99 gmc sierra 2500 2wd 6.0L lq4 (NBS) looking at getting a jegs version of a FItech 70076 intake with a 92mm throttle body. i have 2007+ tahoe decapped injectors and other mods like cam and dual valve springs and 241 ls1 heads.
how would i retrofit that to my fuel system since i have a return style fuel sytem. will upgrade pump to the holley 510-12-952 on jegs.
this intake needs a returnless fuel system and im not trying to redo the whole system if it can be avoided and will be willing to cut out any evap as need.

Decapped injectors are straight garbage, don't even run those. If you do, good luck trying to tune them. Find some stock 33lb/hr flex fuel injectors or anything larger than the stock 25lb/hr injectors that come in a 6.0.
That fuel rail on that intake looks like you can remove the cap on the passenger side fuel rail. All you'd need is another fitting, then a fuel pressure regulator and hose that connects back to the stock return line.
