Just remember that bucket won't work in an 04 tank they have a bigger opening for the bucket. If u need one I have 2 spare tanks I can send with someone this weekend to kansas

Good call but the old rails doent fit on the nnbs/tbss intakes.

I converted my 04 to return about a month ago. Walbro 400 with -8 feed. 10 micron inline filter. 13129 aero reg. Russel quick connect fittings to tie into factory fuel line/rail hookup. Factory feed as return dumping right back into the bucket..

Yea u can just yank out the regulator in tank and tap the rail for a regulator up front. It would be the easiest route to make it return style.
I hope y'all get it figures out soon I'm dying to see what the truck will run on 150 shot

Yes 6an would be fine with twin 225 pumps, that's what I ran on mine, however the factory return would only flow enough to go down to 65psi. I believe it gos down to 4an.

All depends on how much pump you have, if you have twin pumps you can put one on a hobbs switch and you would be fine, and up to a 450 single pump you should be fine.

yea i have 2 walbro 255 pumps, was thinking of just running the single for now untill i need the 2nd pump then do something to have it turn on only under boost or something to that effect

do you think it would be better to use the factory line for feed or return? Im debating on putting a sump on my tank and running my fuel pumps that way with a inline fuel filter vs intank like stock. Also ive read that the factory feed line is a 1 way with a check valve or something but cant seem to confirm if this is true or not
