Hi I have a 2000 GMC sierra 1500 5.3 I threw a 102mm intake manifold and some 80lb injectors I threw them on the fuel rails and installed the brackets and immediately upon trying to start the truck they started leaking I have ev1 connection no matter what the photo says do I need to use that ict billet spacer to get them fully seated up or get different fuel rail brackets does anyone have any suggestions or tips I tried changing o rings no change I am brand new into this and this is my first build just trying to get it tuned but my only last issue is my leaking injectors.

 

I have to ask, what do you have done to the 5.3 to need such a large intake, throttle body and injectors?

I have a stage two cam , upgraded rocker arms , trunnion springs stock bottom end pistons and connecting rods as well as a 2 step for some fun it’s a 4wd with a 4l65e and a 2800-3200 stall planning for dual 340 pump run e85 and throw a 150 shot keep it n/a before twins
