Would you still tell me not to rely on the meth for fuel?
you can do it and at lot of guys do, but if street driven you depending a lot on the meth system. run out of meth, plugged nozzle, pump or controller malfuction, etc. could result in a blown motor. if it were me i'd have my injectors opened up a little and set up tune for high 10's a/f on meth. i don't get my injectors over 80%.

If he really runs dual 14gph nozzles and tunes it for high 10's on meth then if his meth fails I bet he sees a good 13-13.5afr. You can make some other changes in the tune to get the motor to fall on its face hopefully before doing damage. Between timing and Temp tables you can try to build in some safety. Not much different then if you get a bad injector or failed fuel pump at WO. Its a risk you take when doing anything aftermarket.

When you say your 57lb injectors are maxed out what do you mean? 80%, 100%, 110% ? What duty cycle are you seeing?

if he doesn't want to meth dependent he would have to run single 14gph nozzle to be high 10's and not go too lean w/o it.

Ya thats too high, dont get me wrong I ran a set of 44's to 127% before but that wasnt a good idea. I would look into replacements, as you will end up raising the boost more. What type of FI setup are you running?

I am not sure but for some reason $25 a injector comes to mind. Give them a ring. Find out if it includes cleaning and flow testing and or flow matching.

If the injectors are 100% IDC you could have 10 M15 nozzles spraying meth and it will still be 100% IDC. The reason for this is the injector duty cycle is calculated from the required fuel flow versus how big the injectors are. The PCM cant tell you are adding fuel anywhere else (since WOT is openloop) and therefor cannot adjust the IDC calculation. The above example will be very rich since you are injecting more fuel but your IDC still wont change.

I really recommend a boost referenced meth controller like an alky control setup. This lets you control how much meth you inject and adds more meth when you add more air (keeping the ratio constant). This way you dont injector 20psi worth of meth at 3psi when the system comes on. With a preset system, you will only have correct fueling at one boost level.

I suggest you get bigger injectors to be able to control fueling the proper way.
