Flow diff between 5.3 gas and 5.3 flex inj ? and fuel pumps ?

 

I believe 5.3 gas injectors are between 22-24.5 lbs/hr depending on the year and the flex fuel injectors are 36 lbs/hr. Don't know what the flow rate of the factory pumps are but I know a Walbro 255 lph is an upgrade to the stock gas pump but not sure if it would be an upgrade or comparable to a stock flex fuel pump or not.
