Default How come no one uses the Denso 1020?

This pump seems to hold its own and flow quite a bit more than the walbro 255 but no one seems to use it here. I saw Atomic use it in his old dual setup but is there anyone on here who runs it as a single intank? I can only imagine that it would be a reliable pump since toyota used it in the stock TT supra.

Anyone have any experience with them?

Good question. Looks like a nice upgrade over a Walbro 255, and might not overpower the stock return system. A Bosch 044 flows nearly the same as the 1020 at 58psi, according to Atomic's data here: https://www.performancetrucks.net/fo...p-flow-510434/

Yea I see a few guys using the bosch 044 on here. Just wondering why they go that route over the 1020?
