How to bleed fuel pressure?

How to bleed fuel pressure?

The only way I know is to pull the fuel pump relay. My 09 does not have one. I don't want to use the bleeder on the rail unless it's the only way. So how is it done? Thanks

Not that much comes out of the bleeder. I felt more came out of the rails when you undo the line.
