Help me out with fuel system on ls swap please

So I'm putting a warmed up 5.3 into my 89 rcsb. Planning on running the walbro inline 255lph pump with the corvette filter/regulator.

It's a pre 2001 truck engine with the stock truck injectors. I'm putting flat top 4.8 pistons and a Brian Tooley stage 4 truck cam, stock 862 heads with new springs and a valve job, no port work.

Will the stock injectors feed this warmed up motor or should I try to find some flex fuel injectors? They are what, 35# or do I need to go ahead and get some 42# ?

Trying to maintain my 3k budget but it's not looking good at the moment.

I want someone to tell me the stock injectors will be fine but I realize that's probably not going to be the case. Any help at all is greatly appreciated.

Jeremy

Why not use the return system with the engine you are swapping in? Put a 255 in the tank and you will have far less problems and it will be easier than doing the Vette filter and inline pump. You already have a return system on the truck, use it. Keep the truck rails and run the factory stuff, it will be easy and reliable for what you are doing.
The stock injectors wont cut it. Too many options to recommend, do some research.

I bought an aeromotive fuel pump and regulator, still not sure what I'm doing for injectors, thinking about trying to find a flex fuel vehicle in the junk yard and taking the injectors from it. They are supposed to be 32# iirc.

I have injectors from an 08 6.0. I'll see if I can get you a part number if you're interested.

Edit- found it, it's 12580681 looks like they flow 30# and are from an 08 LY6 with USCAR EV6 connector. Here's a picture.

Okay so I bought an aeromotive fuel pump and regulator switched to ev1 connectors on the harness and bought 30 pound injectors.

I'm now trying to find out if my 89 fuel sending unit is set up for high pressure hoses. It's been awihle since I had the tank out but I can almost swear it had hose clamps connecting to the fuel lines. Can anyone verify this for me?

If it does what is everyone doing to keep lines designed for 15 psi on when they hit 60 psi?

Do I need to pull the sending unit and get a flare tool, or buy a different fuel sending unit?

My googlefoo sucks, as does my search foo on the forums. Please help about a week out from trying to install and I am not set up to have the truck down for a week if I overlook something stupid and have to order a fitting.
