Thats what I've always used. I assemble the lines and just run compressed air through them for 5 seconds or so.

I spray a good dose of carb/fuel injection cleaner through the lines the flush it with compressed air.

i know my ap isnt the same as EFI, but i would say go bigger than you expect if you have a good pump. i have 8 feed and 6 return. my 6 return wont let me regulate my fuel below 8psi.
