Default Fuel tank full of water????

Last weekend I pulled the bed to find that I had a whole in my intake fuel hose. I replaced it, went to the tuner, had everything worked out then drove home. Everything seemed great. Before I got home, I went to the gas station to fill up the truck. The next day i turned the truck on with my remote start to check it while its cold, it starts right up. Later that night I go to start the truck, it fires right up, then slowly dies(like its running out of gas). My walbro is pretty loud so i can hear it prime as well as run when its started.
I pulled the fuel line from the fuel rail to see if im getting fuel there. It shot fuel all over the motor. I havent gotten the fuel tested yet.

I'm thinking I may have filled my tank with water. Does this sound like its possible?
