If you look at the second picture in the first post, the one on the right is flat and at the bottom, and the one on the left is a few inches higher and bent upward.

Thunder550 had a thread on this years ago. I cant remember what the conclusion was, but IIRC his was due to low-impedance injectors. I think he lower FP 1bar, and raised IDC 10%.

I think I went to small on my injectors as well.

I was going to go with twin 255lph pumps. After reading this, I think I am going to run the twin 400lph pumps.

Richard, what are you going to run for a supply and return line? I am wondering if -10AN supply, and -8AN return is too small for two of them in my setup.

-8 feed and -6 return.....I have one on a hobbs switch, so the return should be adequate....thought about going to -10 on the feed, but the fittings on the rail are only -8, so im not sure how much head loss I would be saving...

I redid my fuel bucket using an 07 bucket and some 3/8 pipe fittings from mcmastercarr. I think the way I had it before might have been leaking and bleeding off pressure, and this way is cleaner anyway.

I also thought this was really interesting...here are the 3 different style fuel buckets from 99 to the current gmt900 body style:

There are a lot of differences between all the years. If you look back at my bucket, youll notice Im using the 07 top, with the 03 lower bucket, and a 99 level sensor
The bucket of the 03-06 is much taller than the 07, which is why I wanted to use it.

Looks good, I will be doing the same thing with my 05 bucket. I already ordered my twin 400's.

did you have any issues fitting the newer bucket into the hole in the fuel cell... it looks to be bigger around..
