Are those the factory feed and return lines your asking about? I woul say the bigger one is feed, but I could be wrong.
Are you adding a fpr or something?

yeah im hooking up my lsxrt intake, rails, & fpr. Also should I hook up he vacuum port on the fpr? I am N/A and NOT boosted.

yes, you want to reference the fpr to the intake.
