Default Flooding fuel with new inj

Hey guys. So I upgraded the 2020 to lt4 pump injectors putting 2 450s in the tank and the E85 conversion with single nozzle meth not done yet so still on 93. 9 plus pounds of boost running pretty hard it seems. So I used the l87 injectors because I had a problem with the 2014 Whipple truck. Changed the l83 injectors to l87. In HPT changed the pounds per hour from 96.5 to 121.1 and uploaded into the tune. It is flooding horribly at idle especially, enough to make new plugs black. I'm not a tuner but Sam at amp sent me that upload. What am I missing? Every cylinder is firing but raw gas coming out the tailpipe at idle.

There is way more to the injector data than just the flow rate. There are offset vs voltage settings, min pulse width, short pulse adder and maybe more you need to change.

Thanks brother so I just need to drive it over to Sam and have him finish the tune and I may be good I was hoping I didn't have any injectors stuck open but they were just fine in the 20/20 when we pulled them out.

You'll want to adjust the injection scheduling as well. The stock schedule will be optimized for an injector that takes a little longer to deliver a pulse. Referencing the LT4 is a good starting point. There is also benefit in dialing in the HPFP controller, as that too will be specific to a smaller injector....if the bigger pump is making your fueling feedback look really noisy, that'll help.

Thank you for your reply SS. I was concerned that something went wrong but it sounds like its just all in the tune. That's very reassuring. I much appreciate your expertise sir!

Update... So had the 2014 truck towed to Amp. Sam said it wouldn't tune at all and recommended just going to LT4 inj. He said the LT1 hpfp would work fine with his tuning. So when Tray pulled the Whipple AGAIN he noticed the injector harness wires were bare in places. Checked around and ended going Current Performance.and they shipped both harnesses immediately. UPS didn't deliver as scheduled but did get it in two days no fault of Current P. I changed the inj. lbs hr to 140.7 and the truck fired right up with no flooding. HOWEVER a scan shows a positive voltage short on inj. 6. New inj's. new harness. I'm thinking maybe a bad new injector? I'm going to look over the wiring diagram to see if we can check it without pulling the blower again to diagnose although we'll have to anyway. My 2020 is getting tuned for LT4 hpfp and inj. E mix and 100% meth after the pulley swap. 10L trans tune as well. A Gen 6 Camaro with a near identical setup did 593 wheel on 93 except my pulley may give another .5 to 1 lb boost or 9.5-10. I'll have it back soon.

It was a pinched wire to # 6 on the 2014. Not enough lighting when he did it I guess. Big fu bc had to pull it off again! Uncalled for imo but we're human. Still need to input the injector data but past idle runs great.

2020 is back. Only got 547/540 with a 50/50 mix. Sam said it's e50 but sensor only shows e40. Maybe e is weak from the pump or the sensor is off? Anyway truck runs fantastic and response is incredible and so are the transmission shifts. It seems to not run as good after it it's driven around for a bit in 85° weather so I think I'm going to add a chiller. I understand IC Chiller is the preferred one on the Hellcat forum from the other two. Any personal recommendations?
